Associated Veterinary Partners (AVP) is currently seeking a full-time Associate DVM to join the team at Village Veterinarian in the scenic town of Chelan, WA! Village Veterinarian takes pride in serving the Chelan community and surrounding areas, delivering the highest standard of veterinary medicine with a personal, compassionate touch.

Co-owned by Dr. Fehr and Associated Veterinary Partners, Village Veterinarian is poised for growth and, with the right candidate, this position could evolve into a leadership role.

Our compensation and benefits package is very competitive:
Competitive salary - Straight salary or base plus production structure without negative accrual. Compensation will be reviewed at least annually to ensure that appropriate adjustments are made to base compensation to reflect any increases in productivity.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree & license
1-3 years of experience
Experience conducting various types of surgeries, vaccinations, and health checks on animals
Knowledge of medical equipment (e.g., X-ray machines) and anesthesia procedures
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical terms and conditions using simple language
Problem-solving skills
