Profile
Description

Humana is a Fortune 60 market leader in integrated healthcare whose dream is to help people achieve lifelong well-being. As a company focused on the health and well-being of the people we serve, Humana starts from within, and is committed to providing progressive benefits that advance the employment experience and vitality of the associate community. Through offerings anchored in a whole-person view of human well-being, Humana embraces a focus on stimulating positive individual and population changes while nurturing a sense of security, enabling people to live life fully and be their most productive.

Against that backdrop, we are seeking a talented technology leader to join our team in the role of Associate Vice President, Employee Collaboration Technology. This is a newly-created position that stems from a larger strategic restructuring that has been occurring within our Information Technology organization. At a high level, you will have end-to-end responsibility for building and managing an entire family of collaboration products that will enable Humana associates to have an 'office-like' experience at home, or wherever they happen to work. This will include establishing the vision and strategy for collaboration products, and overseeing their development, configuration, and lifecycle.

Since this is a new position, the details of the organization you will lead are not yet fully defined. So, you will have considerable opportunity to influence the final structure and makeup of the team. However, we ultimately expect that the organization under you will consist of roughly 40 associates, with 2-3 Director/Manager direct reports.

We are open as to the location for this position, although a willingness to work Eastern or Central Time Zones hours would be ideal.
