As a AT&T Customer Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping customers and local businesses find the best solutions in wireless, streaming, and home services. This is not a retail floor position—it’s a professional office environment where you'll handle customer consultations, product education, and sales strategy as a key player in our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with individuals and businesses to understand their needs and recommend AT&T solutions
  • Conduct tailored consultations on wireless, entertainment, and smart home services
  • Manage client relationships through inbound/outbound communication from our Houston office
  • Provide accurate, helpful product and service information to support customer decision-making
  • Process new service requests and updates in a timely, efficient manner
  • Log client interactions, feedback, and daily progress in internal tracking systems
  • Stay current with AT&T offerings, product features, and service plans
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and group sales goals
  • Contribute to outreach and marketing efforts within the local community
  • Maintain a professional and solutions-focused presence during every customer interaction

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation to our Birmingham, AL office
  • Clear and professional verbal communication skills
  • Positive, coachable, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • High energy with a goal-oriented personality
  • Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management is a plus
  • Willingness to learn about wireless, digital, and home service technologies
