We're looking for an entry level AT&T Sales Representative who is motivated, passionate and opportunistic. The direct communicator to our consumer is you. Therefore, we are looking for entry level AT&T Sales Representatives who have strong communication skills and customer service experience. The entry level AT&T Sales Representative is the key point of our representation to clients & customers alike. During the entry level training, you will be provided for all of our client's products and services, and all aspects of our business also. We do not only want our company to succeed but our entry level AT&T Sales Representatives as well.

Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Prospecting accounts to gain new business face-to-face with our customers
• Grow/establish our business in the area/region through direct meetings at an aggressive pace ensuring the sales foundation is built for long-term success.
• Determine the most attractive market segments and customers based on the value of our service.
• Continue to expand the need for our services through education, awareness, and market development to provide sustained growth.
• Identify and assist in the development of Area Sales Managers in the region who are professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, dependable, and self-sufficient.
• Identify, produce and provide leads, job information, and customer contacts to Area Managers.
• Consistently hit and exceed sales goals while holding a high standard of integrity.

Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is ideal but not required.
• Ability to relay information clearly and accurately to clients.
• Comfortable working on commission based compensation
• Team player mentality with motivation to become a leader.
• Dedicated and self-directed.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Willingness and ability to travel or to relocate for promotional opportunities.
• Engaging and social, with excellent listening skills.
• Must be able to work all scheduled hours which may include evenings and weekends.

**This is an Entry Level position and training is provided, so no prior experience as an AT&T Sales Representative is required**
