ATE Manager- Diffusion/CVD

Support the qualification of a new state of the art processing facility Provide regular feedback to your team members on performance, and career development 5+ years semiconductor industry experience in DRAM is preferred including TD, HVM, or operations-based teams. HVM experience is a must . Possess a deep process understanding of one of the area's listed - Diffusion/implant/RTP/PCVD. Prefer demonstrated experience overseeing a process engineering team (3+ years) Experience managing suppliers and establishing supplier accountability programs Strong knowledge of manufacturing team structures, standards, and processes Must be able to instill a department culture within each team member in-line with the company core values. Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written)
