Job Description - AtenciÃ³n al Cliente Coffee Shop Nuevo Lourdes

SerÃ¡s el punto de contacto principal para nuestros clientes y brindarÃ¡s un excelente servicio al cliente para garantizar su satisfacciÃ³n y fidelidad. SerÃ¡s responsable de responder preguntas, resolver problemas y proporcionar asistencia en un entorno de atenciÃ³n al cliente.

Responsabilidades:

Atender y recibir a los clientes con una sonrisa, ofreciendo un servicio amable y cortÃ©s.
Tomar pedidos y asegurarse de que se preparen y entreguen de manera eficiente y correcta.
Proporcionar informaciÃ³n sobre los productos y responder a las preguntas de los clientes.
Mantener el Ã¡rea de atenciÃ³n al cliente limpia y ordenada.
Gestionar pagos y realizar transacciones de manera precisa.

Requisitos

Experiencia previa en atenciÃ³n al cliente, preferiblemente en un entorno de cafeterÃa o servicio de alimentos.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicaciÃ³n verbal y capacidad para interactuar de manera efectiva con los clientes.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en un entorno dinÃ¡mico.

PasiÃ³n por el cafÃ© y el deseo de aprender sobre nuestros productos.

Flexibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y dÃas festivos.
