ATF Compliance Assistant

JOB TITLE: ATF Compliance Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

The Compliance Assistant will assist the compliance and fulfillment departments with inventory control, orders processing, and records management.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be comfortable handling firearms
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of ATF regulations is preferred
• Outstanding organizational skills

CORE DUTIES

• Acquire and dispose of all firearms in the electronic bound book per ATF regulations
• Disassemble and destroy firearms
• Stay current with ATF compliance regulations 
• Inventory control
• Assist with error reduction
• Internal audits
• Other duties as assigned

HOURS

• 1st shift position
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Overtime as needed

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen.? Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
