Athletic Game Staff

Start Date: Spring 2026
Schedule: 10-month calendar
Reports To: Athletics Director

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of athletics events


• Support event operations, which may include:
  
  
  
  • Operating the game clock
  
  
  • Making announcements
  
  
  • Event setup and breakdown
  
  
  • Ticket taking and guest assistance
  
  
  • Serving as the Lovett mascot
  
  
  
  


• Assist Athletics staff as needed during events


• May drive a Lovett 14-passenger bus, provided the employee is properly cleared and trained by the School Transportation Manager

Position Requirements

• Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and manage multiple responsibilities


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Dependable and professional in a school environment


• Flexible availability aligned with athletic event schedules


• Must be at least 14 years of age


• If driving is required, must meet school transportation clearance and training requirements
