Core Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive healthcare for athletes, including emergency care, injury evaluation, and rehabilitation programs
• Develop and implement prevention strategies and treatment protocols
• Provide athletic training coverage for multiple educational institutions and sports events
• Coordinate with medical professionals and maintain detailed medical records
• Participate in community outreach and educational programs
• Lead injury prevention and rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field
• Current New York State Athletic Trainer Certification
• Board of Certification (BOC) for Athletic Trainers
• CPR/AED Certification (required within 90 days)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
