About the Role

Goodwill Industries of Tenneva Area is seeking a dependable and organized ADC Assistant Manager to support the Director of Logistics in overseeing the daily operations of our Attended Donation Centers (ADCs). This role supervises staff, ensures safe and efficient operations, and upholds customer service standards. If you’re a strong communicator with leadership skills and a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and provide guidance to ADC employees


• Schedule and maintain ADC labor and payroll


• Support employees in resolving issues promptly and professionally


• Ensure employees deliver excellent customer service to donors


• Oversee proper sorting, packing, and stacking procedures


• Maintain safe, clean, and well-stocked ADC sites


• Foster positive, professional relationships with all employees


• Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards


• Travel regularly throughout the service area to provide support and ensure consistency across ADC locations

• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively


• Independent worker with strong decision-making skills


• Leadership experience preferred


• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Willingness to travel across the service area as needed
