Job Description

Unbridled is looking for a talented individual to handle complex projects for our client’s attendee experience. The qualified Attendee Experience Specialist should have excellent communication (both written and oral) and internal and external customer service skills. The individual should be self-motivated, committed, a quick learner, and a dedicated team player. Strong organizational and time management skills combined with flexibility and the ability to adjust priorities are required for success in this position. Applicants must have a full understanding of Cvent reporting and the ability to edit attendee profiles and create and send communications while being able to handle complex rooming lists, program agendas, reconciliations, and hotel contracts. You will have experience and confidence in client-facing meetings and presentations. 

Successful candidates will have the following: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years experience in attendee experience 
• Experience with Housing Management for events with multiple hotels, roommates, more than 6 registration types, and various sessions/activities
• Experience managing a Registration Desk Team onsite 
• Excellent Computer Skills – Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
• Detail-oriented and enjoys problem solving
• Effective, professional business communication skills – written, spoken, and presentation
• Comfort level and required professionalism to work directly with client contacts during all phases of the planning and execution of their meeting
• Superior customer service skills
• Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of registration software, Cvent 
• Experience with Clickup preferred
• Ability to travel to client programs and confidently represent Unbridled and our clients

What you would be doing at Unbridled: 

• Manage ongoing projects simultaneously 
• Manage detailed program timeline for attendee and housing management portion of program planning via ClickUp
• Create and provide attendee reports for Account and Program Managers and clients
• Crosscheck and quality control of hotel rooming lists and air manifests pre-and post-event
• Communicate directly with attendees (email, phone, in person)
• Provide outstanding client service always, even under stress
• Proofread emails, websites, and spreadsheets on a regular basis
• Test and proof meeting registration sites while managing deadlines
• Collaborate with Project Managers on pre-planning and logistical details
• Provide consistent accurate and timely program reconciliations
• Maintain detailed reporting, data, and metrics as required by client and Project Managers (complex)
• Support in initial and continuing training in Cvent and other registration systems as required for Project Managers, Account Managers and other employees as needed
• Present and educate clients as needed on attendee management services including registration website functionality and reporting capabilities.
