Attorney

Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., an established, mid-size business law firm in Downtown Denver, seeks a Colorado licensed transactional real estate attorney with 5+ years of experience. The lawyer must have excellent communication and writing skills.

This position will expose the attorney to a broad range of issues including commercial real estate development, leasing, sales and acquisitions, finance and lending, land use, and choice of entity and entity formation. Experience in several of these practice areas is preferred. The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial, client-facing and eager to grow his or her existing practice and client base.
