Job Title: Associate Attorney

Overview

We are seeking an Attorney to join our team and gain hands-on experience in mortgage foreclosure and creditor-side collections. This is a great opportunity for a new attorney to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support foreclosure and collections matters
• Conduct legal research and draft basic legal documents
• Assist with case management and client communication
• Work closely with senior attorneys on active cases

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky (required)
• 2–3 years of experience (internship/clerkship acceptable)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to foreclosure, collections, or litigation
