Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or actively pursuing admission

A prestigious, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Tax Practice Group as an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Partner. Key Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 years of legal experience focused on executive compensation and employee benefits within a law firm setting
Job hoppers will not be considered

Must be a member of the Florida Bar or actively pursuing admission

A portable book of business is strongly preferred

In-depth knowledge of:

Defined benefit and contribution plans

401(k) and profit-sharing plans

ERISA and related regulatory compliance

Strong drafting and communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail with a practical, solution-oriented approach
