Your Core Responsibilities
Lead the estate planning and probate practice and supervise the legal support team
Provide strategic estate and tax planning to affluent clients
Draft and review advanced estate planning instruments and documents
Oversee complex probate and trust administration cases
Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners on legacy and wealth transfer strategies
Maintain and strengthen long-standing client relationships with a focus on discretion and care
Actively contributes to firm development through mentoring and community leadership
What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
7+ years of experience in estate planning and probate, ideally with HNW clientele
Deep knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
Florida Bar admission in good standing
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
