Attorney - Foreclosures (Remote)

Our client is seeking an Attorney with Foreclosure experience to join their Firm. This is a remote role with excellent potential and a competitive salary for the right candidate.

Duties:

• Manage cases from inception to completion

• Prepare analysis of cases and advise clients

• Draft court pleadings.

• Handle discovery.

• Attend court hearings (remotely and in person when necessary).

• Manage judicial foreclosures and litigation cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage, and transactional matters.

• Attend hearings and mediation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

• 5 years practicing law, preferably litigation, real estate, or mortgage law.

• Admission to practice law in the state of California.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Computer proficient with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.

• Must be analytical and detail oriented.

• Possess excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal skills.
