Attorney - Global Brands & Product Technology

Advise on legal risks related to AI tools, technology platforms, and data-enabled products, including IP ownership, data usage and training, privacy, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, and responsible AI adoption. Provide legal guidance across product development, packaging, and advertising and marketing materials on television, print, digital, and social platforms, including contests, sweepstakes, and consumer promotions. J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar membership in good standing, and 4-8 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house environment. Strong experience drafting and negotiating intellectual property, commercial, and technology-related agreements. Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools and advising on AI and emerging technology issues, including risk assessment and clear communication to business partners. Solid understanding of intellectual property law (copyright, trademark, and rights of publicity), with working knowledge of digital, technology, data, and privacy issues. Patent licensing experience is a plus but not required. Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice. Ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment, with curiosity and flexibility to learn new technologies and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
