A growing mid-size firm in Tallahassee is seeking an experienced litigator to join their team. Experience in Labor & Employment or Education would be highly preferred but is not a requirement. Trial experience is again, preferred but not a requirement. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of civil litigation experience, have excellent writing skills, be able to comfortably work independently, and be barred in the state of Florida.
