About the Role 

At AICA Orthopedics, we're looking for a results-driven Attorney Relationship Manager who can build and nurture professional connections with Personal Injury attorneys throughout Atlanta. In this role, you'll educate legal professionals about our comprehensive medical services and serve as a liaison between our medical team and the legal community. 

What You'll Do 

• Develop Professional Relationships: Build professional connections with Personal Injury attorneys in Atlanta to increase awareness of our orthopedic services 
• Educate Legal Professionals: Inform attorneys about our comprehensive care model and how it can benefit their clients' recovery 
• Provide Care Coordination: When attorneys' clients choose our services, ensure they receive consistent care throughout their treatment journey 
• Serve as a Trusted Resource: Become a knowledgeable resource by understanding both medical and legal needs in personal injury cases 
• Support Documentation Needs: Work with our medical team to ensure proper, timely medical documentation for patients who are involved in legal matters 

What Success Looks Like 

• Establish new professional relationships with legal offices each month 
• Increase awareness of AICA services within the legal community 
• Support high treatment completion rates for patients involved in legal matters 
• Maintain excellent professional relationships with attorneys and their staff 
• Receive positive feedback from both patients and legal professionals 

Qualifications We're Looking For 

• Required:  
• 5+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets 
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills 
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently 
• Preferred:  
• Experience in medical services, legal industry, or personal injury space 
• Existing relationships with attorneys in the Atlanta area 
• Familiarity with medical terminology and treatment protocols 
• Spanish language skills
