Senior Litigator (Remote)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to practice on the West Coast. This is a remote position with travel as required. Applicants must be licensed in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, or California.

Duties:

• Manage cases with an emphasis on; residential real estate, mortgage, transactional matters.

• Manage a caseload and bill time hourly.

• Attend mediation, trials, hearings.

• Will to travel on an as needed basis.

• Collaborate with all team members.

• Dual licenses are a plus.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

• Minimum of eight years litigation/courtroom experience. (foreclosure experience is a plus).

• Member of the state Bar in aforementioned states.

• Subject matter expert in their field.

• Proficient in performing legal research and writing.

• Proficient in taking and defending depositions.

• Proficient in drafting pleadings, briefs, affidavits, discovery, proposed orders.

• Proficiency with legal research tools such as Fastcase or Westlaw.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
