An established and growing law practice is seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for injured workers while handling meaningful cases in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The Opportunity

You will represent clients throughout the Workers Compensation process, manage claims from intake through resolution, and appear before the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential claims and manage client intakes

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients

• Represent clients before the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission
• Conduct depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Virginia

• Experience in Workers Compensation law

• Proven success representing clients at hearings

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Empathetic, client-first approach

• Commitment to integrity, teamwork, and results
