Job Description

We are seeking attentive employees who have experience working in customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable performing a variety of tasks, including explaining the arcade, laser tag, escape rooms, bowling and general information regarding the facility to customers. The Attendant will also keep the space clean and assist in the day to day operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and explain center attractions.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness around attractions.
• Handle transactions and prize redemptions.
• Execute emergency procedures if needed.
• Support event coordination and facilitation.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on safety.
• Ability to stand for long periods and manage physical demands.
• Quick problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with a flexible schedule.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
