What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for prospective residents.
   
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help lease up a brand-new community.
   
• Conduct tours, explain apartment features, and guide applicants through the leasing process.
   
• Work closely with the Property Manager to execute successful leasing and marketing strategies.
   
• Help build a positive, welcoming atmosphere for current and future residents.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Someone with hustle, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with the general public.
   
• Previous leasing or sales experience is preferred, but top-notch customer service and a positive attitude are a must.
   
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a high-traffic, fast-moving environment.
   
• A team player who thrives on helping others and meeting goals.
