Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for property maintenance? Celtic Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at Auburn Brook in Castle Rock. In this key role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the property stays in top shape, overseeing maintenance operations, and maintaining the high standards of our community.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Leader: Manage and motivate the onsite maintenance staff, keeping the team on track and providing training and guidance. 
• Expertise: Strong knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and pool maintenance. 
• Efficiency: Ability to maintain work orders, schedules, and inventory, while ensuring compliance with safety and health standards. 
• Commitment: High standards for property upkeep, with attention to detail in everything from unit turns to grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and capital project coordination. 
• Manage the maintenance staff, assign tasks, and ensure the team stays on schedule. 
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local safety codes, and ensure the property adheres to Fair Housing and ADA regulations. 
• Assist with special projects like landscaping, painting, and building improvements. 
• Maintain a strong vendor relationship, ensuring timely and efficient work on the property.
