Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for an opportunity to grow with a supportive and dedicated team? Auburn Brook in Castle Rock, CO, managed by Celtic Property Management, is seeking a hardworking and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities Include:

• Apartment make-ready and general property maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Pool maintenance and repair
• Drywall, painting, and flooring repairs
• Assisting with safety compliance and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining property grounds and common areas

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months to two years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Must have excellent and professional customer service skills and communication skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-call for emergencies as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
