Auction Operations Assistant ( 5:30 pm to 11pm)

The Auction Operations Assistant supports the live presenter by preparing and delivering products for auction, organizing sold items, and ensuring all orders are accurately labeled and ready for next-day shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the presenter by selecting and delivering products for live auctions in a timely manner 
• Prepare, stage, and organize inventory before and during auctions 
• Place sold items into designated bins immediately after purchase 
• Label all sold items accurately with customer and order information 
• Verify items for accuracy and condition before shipment 
• Work closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to meet next-day shipping deadlines 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area 
• Track inventory movement during live sales events 
• Follow company procedures for packing and order handling

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and organization 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, live-sales environment 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Basic computer or scanning system experience preferred 
• Ability to lift and move packages (as required) 
• Dependable and punctual 

Work Environment:

• Live auction studio and warehouse setting 
• Standing, walking, and lifting throughout shifts 
• Fast-paced and time-sensitive workflow
