Audi High Voltage Expert Technician

• Must be an Audi High Voltage expert! Certifications strongly preferred!

We are seeking a certified Audi High Voltage Expert Technician to join our service team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Audi’s advanced hybrid and electric vehicle systems with precision and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair high-voltage and conventional vehicle systems in line with Audi standards.
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and complex repairs on EV batteries, drivetrains, and supporting systems.
• Safely handle, test, and replace high-voltage components using approved tools and procedures.
• Document work performed accurately in service records.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers, providing updates and recommendations.
• Stay current with Audi’s technical training and certifications, maintaining expertise in evolving EV technologies.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment when handling high-voltage systems.

Qualifications:

• Audi High Voltage Expert (HVE) Certification or equivalent manufacturer certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills in both EV and conventional systems.
• Ability to interpret technical data, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Commitment to safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.
• Previous Audi or luxury dealership experience preferred.
