Audi Service Advisor

Description of the role:

Audi Service Advisor at Audi Hampton is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction during their vehicle service experience. They are the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the service process and maintaining clear communication at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and greeting customers, making them feel valued and comfortable.


• Listening to customer concerns and documenting them accurately.


• Communicating effectively with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle and any additional services needed.


• Collaborating with service technicians to assess vehicle issues and determine necessary repairs.


• Providing cost estimates and obtaining customer approval for repairs.


• Scheduling appointments for service and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles.


• Handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.


• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and services performed.


• Keeping up-to-date with Audi products, services, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a service advisor, preferably in an automotive dealership or service center.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong customer service orientation.


• Proficient in computer systems and software.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Knowledge of Audi vehicles and their maintenance requirements is advantageous.


• Must have a good driving record
