OUR PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO PROVIDE A 1ST CLASS LUXURY EXPERIENCE BEFITTING OF THE AUDI BRAND AND OUR CLIENTELE

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver a first-class experience by guiding clients through the features and functions of their new Audi
• Personalize each vehicle handover by setting up Bluetooth, navigation, and digital systems
• Be a trusted Audi expert and support clients before, during, and after delivery
• Assist the sales team with showroom presentation, customer engagement, and dealership events
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive industry technological advancements to provide accurate and relevant information to our guests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, details regarding previous discussions and any relevant notes or special requests. 
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages and report any damage immediately.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Return vehicle keys to the appropriate location or key box.
• Maintains building and ground with special focus on the cleanliness of any customer facing areas.
• Perform any other duties requested by management.

 What You Bring:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner
• Strong work ethic & positive attitude 
• Friendly, customer-first attitude and the ability to multitask  
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in hospitality, tech support, or customer service is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• A desire to learn, grow, and represent a luxury brand with pride 
• Daily attendance is essential
• Maintaining a professional appearance
