The Audience Management Analyst is responsible for the planning, execution and QA of targeting audiences for digital channels, such as email, paid social media, paid search, and display in the Marketing Plan. CDW Marketing is looking for a data driven, strong communicator with skills in initiative, ownership/accountability, problem solving, taking action, building relationships, and process efficiency/optimization.
The Audience Management Analyst will work closely with Marketing stakeholders, data science, digital channel owners, technology enablement to deliver the plan and plan for the future. When executed right, we deliver targeted audiences that exceed expectations, such as on-time delivery, efficiency/accuracy, leveraging all possible/right data, meet stakeholder’s objectives and outcomes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for targeting requirements gathering, stakeholder consultation, audience build execution, QA, and deployment to digital channels.
Analyzes and creates targeted audience lists based on knowledge of source data, data tables, variables, business rules, and standard definitions using the audience platform tool.
Gather existing activity requirements, QA and generate lists accurately and on-time. Manages multiple requests at once.
Quality control audience list generation to ensure it meets requirements.
Follows established activity workflow, platform & file delivery processes.
Identifies process/operating efficiencies and works with direct manager to implement.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience; OR
7 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience
Required Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company including Senior Leadership.
Ability to multitask and be adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
Proven record of successful project management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and be adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
Platform experience tools such as Unica, Adobe Campaign, Power BI and SQL experience a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Omnichannel experience; particularly digital channels including direct, social, programmatic, SEM, influencer marketing, media analytics, and content marketing.
