Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AV installers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate AV installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to allocate resources and identify potential challenges.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field as they arise.
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment necessary for installations.
