 Audio  /Visual Specialist 

Venesco LLC is looking for an Audio / Visual Specialist to support USAFSAM’s instructional and marketing efforts through high-quality media production. 

The Audio/Visual Specialist is responsible for producing, editing, and managing multimedia content including video, audio, and photography for educational and promotional use.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Edit and produce multimedia content for training and marketing.
• Provide AV consultation and training to staff and instructors.
• Maintain and manage AV/computer equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject-matter experts.
• Ensure compliance with branding and production standards.
• Support post-production tasks including color correction and compression..

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media, Video Broadcast, or related field, or 5+ years of AV experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with e-learning development and broadcast production.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications 

• Familiarity with DoD branding policies.
• Experience in military settings and with Tricaster® systems.
