Responsibilities:
- Service AV systems, including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, control systems, and video conferencing equipment
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware, software, and network-related AV issues
- Maintain and repair AV cabling infrastructure (HDMI, CAT6, fiber, control wiring)
- Commission and test systems to ensure proper operation and client satisfaction
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks
- Respond to service calls and emergency support requests as needed
