Job Description - Audiologist, Hearing Instrument Specialist and Audiology Assistant


A well-established and respected private practice in St. Augustine, FL is seeking multiple professionals to join their growing team. Openings are available immediately, with additional roles starting in February 2026 to cover maternity leave — with the possibility of becoming permanent positions.


This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, patient-focused provider who thrives in a supportive environment, values autonomy, and enjoys combining clinical care with patient-centered sales.


What You’ll Do  
  • Perform routine diagnostics, fittings, and dispensing (no ABRs, VNGs, or pediatrics required).  
  • Build strong patient relationships while delivering outstanding hearing care.  
  • Collaborate in weekly or bi-weekly team meetings to share ideas and best practices.  
  • Work independently while backed by a dedicated and supportive team.
