Audiologist (Locum Opportunity) - Dynamic Team

Position: Audiologist

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team of professionals at Seasoned Recruitment, a leading healthcare recruitment agency. As an Audiologist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds improve their hearing and overall quality of life.

13-Week Contract

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments to determine the type and degree of hearing loss

- Interpret results and provide accurate diagnoses to patients

- Create customized treatment plans and provide appropriate recommendations for hearing aids or other assistive devices

- Perform hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and repairs

- Provide counseling and education on hearing loss, communication strategies, and hearing conservation

- Build and maintain relationships with patients and their families, providing ongoing support and follow-up care

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and technology in audiology

- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation

Requirements:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology

- Active state license to practice audiology

- Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures

- Familiarity with hearing aid technology and programming

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team setting

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new developments in the field of audiology
