Summary
The Audiologist is responsible for performing all audiologic and neurological procedures, within their scope of practice. They work collaboratively with different entities throughout HMHS to deliver high quality services to the customers they come in contact with.

Requirements
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology
Master’s degree in Audiology or its equivalent
Certified Audiologist through the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association.
Licensed Audiologist/Speech pathologist in the state of Ohio
EXPERIENCE:
Desired:
Previous Audiology/Speech Pathology experience
Computer literacy
Ongoing:
Maintains required amount of CEU’s for licensure.
Maintains current licenseand certification.
Maintains required health screens
Maintains current BLS
Attends mandatory education programs
