This well-established, patient-focused hearing care practice in Manassas, VA is seeking 1–2 Audiologists or Hearing Instrument Specialists to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about improving patients’ quality of life through personalized hearing care and modern hearing technology.


This practice is known for its commitment to individualized patient care, comprehensive hearing evaluations, and long-term patient success. Providers work closely with patients to understand their hearing challenges and lifestyle needs, delivering tailored solutions that restore confidence and improve daily communication.


Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting hearing evaluations, recommending and fitting hearing devices, and providing ongoing patient counseling and support. The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment focused on delivering high-quality hearing care and building lasting patient relationships.


Key Responsibilities
 
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and audiometric testing  
  • Recommend, fit, and program hearing devices based on patient needs and lifestyle  
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding hearing health and device usage  
  • Perform hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and follow-up care  
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation  
  • Stay informed on advancements in hearing care technology and best practices  
  • Collaborate with patients and team members to ensure the best possible hearing outcomes
