This highly respected and growth-focused private audiology practice is seeking a full-time Audiologist for their Greeley, Colorado location. This position is ideal for a provider who thrives in a patient-first environment, with a strong focus on education, emotional intelligence, and long-term hearing care solutions.
About the Role: This office primarily provides hearing evaluations, tinnitus assessments, and hearing aid services. While other locations within the practice offer advanced diagnostics like ABRs, rotary chair, and VNGs, the Greeley office is currently more focused on core audiologic services. As such, this is a strong opportunity for an audiologist who is passionate about patient education and enjoys helping individuals navigate hearing loss and technology with empathy and clarity.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations and tinnitus consultations.
Fitting and dispensing hearing aids from a full product portfolio.
Following an educational, consultative approach to patient care—not high-pressure sales.
Managing follow-ups, adjustments, and ongoing support with a focus on patient outcomes.
Tracking performance metrics (used to inform marketing—not to create a sales-heavy environment).
What Makes This Opportunity Unique:
Private pay-dominant patient base with minimal third-party involvement (estimated 15%).
Warm, supportive environment with a small, tight-knit clinical and administrative team.
Greeley location is fully staffed with support including a Patient Care Coordinator and Audiology Assistant.
Owned and operated by audiologists who have built and led some of Colorado’s most successful private practices.
Training and mentorship available from experienced audiologists on staff.
Qualifications:
Au.D. required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in consultative hearing aid dispensing.
Self-motivated and comfortable serving as the primary provider in the office.
Willingness to occasionally float to other local offices, though this position is Greeley-based.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary plus commission.
Realistic potential to reach 6 figures.
Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Supportive onboarding with room to grow professionally.
This is an excellent opportunity for an audiologist who values autonomy, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient relationships—without the pressure of corporate quotas.
