Job Description - Audiologist - Private Practice

Are you a licensed Audiologist seeking a fresh opportunity in the St. Cloud, MN area? This could be your chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and fast-growing organization.

Founded in 2009, our client has rapidly grown to over 400 retail locations nationwide, becoming one of the top providers of innovative hearing solutions and personalized patient care. With continued expansion, they’re looking for a passionate hearing professional to join their team.

About the Opportunity:

Work a consistent Tuesday–Saturday schedule (enjoy Mondays off!).
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
Educate patients about hearing loss and recommend tailored treatment solutions.
Fit and dispense hearing aids with a focus on optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
Operate as the sole provider on-site, managing patient care independently while supported by a national team.

Skills & Requirements:

Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent degree required.
Current Audiologist license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain).
Clinical proficiency in diagnostic audiometry and hearing aid fitting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patient-first, outcomes-driven mindset.
