What You'll Do:

• Schedules appointments and complete pre-registration. Reviews clinic schedule for appointment appropriates, prepares or obtains needed information such as continuity of care needs records, documents, for completion. 


• Assist patients in completing case history or other relevant forms. CMS patients have the appropriate required referral. 


• Maintains inventory supplies. Check function of equipment, including hearing aids and amplification devices. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs of hearing aids, earmolds, and other amplification devices. Clean hearing aids and other amplification devices. Perform electroacoustic analysis of hearing aids and other amplification devices. Package and mail earmold orders, device repairs, and manufacturer/lab returns. 


• Responsible for setting up instruments and equipment according to protocols; cleaning exam/procedure rooms, instruments and equipment between patient visits to maintain infection control; cleaning sanitizer according to scheduled maintenance program and keeping appropriate records. 


• Maintains office supplies by notifying Practice Manager when items are needed, sorting, storing supplies; and restocking exam/procedure rooms.

What You'll Bring/Requirements:

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent; one (1) year of experience in medical office; demonstrate skills in data entry, personal computer, communication, and organizational skills equivalent combination of education and experience.
