Audiology Assistant - Gold Country Hearing

Gold Country Hearing & Balance is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Hearing Care Assistant to support our Redding office. If you’re detail-oriented, a great communicator, and eager to help others, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patient walk-ins with professionalism and care

• Clean and maintain hearing aids

• Conduct new hearing aid orientations, including app setup and Bluetooth pairing

• Troubleshoot basic Bluetooth and connectivity issues

• Perform minor hearing aid repairs and coordinate manufacturer repairs

• Support the in-office hearing care provider with patient needs and workflow

• Collaborate with a remote audiologist to facilitate telehealth appointments

Who We're Looking For:

• Industry experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and apps

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Friendly and confident communicator

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
