Due to continuing growth, our team is seeking an Audit Manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit and knows how to get things done. The ideal candidate must have the motivation to think outside-the-box and will not be afraid to consult both internally and externally to find solutions. Working well in a team environment is critical, as you will be relied on to both give and receive coaching. The Audit Manager must not just enjoy, but love interacting with clients and team members.

What you will do:

• Lead client engagement meetings to determine timelines and goals of an audit.
• Research business trends to professionally represent the company and apply this knowledge to the client's solutions, potentially developing new or additional business for the Firm.
• Review team's final financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Assist with the training of new or less experienced staff members.
• Network, build relationships and attract new clients or business to the Firm.
• Attend training seminars, professional development, and networking events.

What we look for:

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting audit work
• BA or higher degree in accounting
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience working on non-profit audits is a major plus.
• Prior team management experience a major plus.
• Someone who is inquisitive and enjoys learning about various client business processes and traveling to different locations to help clients.
• Knowledge and exposure to a variety of industries
• The ability to develop others and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
