About the Job 

Yeo & Yeo Audit Managers are responsible for managing client assignments and projects and delivering high-quality service. This includes coaching, advising, and supporting team members for client and personal success. 
 
About You 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or related curriculum ​
• Active CPA accreditation
• Demonstrated proficiency as a Senior Accountant in Public Accounting or equivalent experience 

Technical Abilities: 

• Proficient at conducting single audits 
• Run mid-large size audit from start to finish with little assistance 
• Become the main client contact on the majority of your jobs 
• Become actively involved with or highly proficient in a technical niche 
• Review staff's work papers before partner review 
• Provide supervision to staff and interns on audits 
• Participate in staff evaluation process 
• Attend and present at board presentations and professional conferences 
• Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately within budget and meet all deadlines 

Teamwork:

• Communicate the team's objectives and ensure all team members' roles are clear. 
• Make time to help educate and train others and to help them resolve issues 

Community:

• Encourage team members to be involved in community events and outreach programs 
• Take on a leadership role in community organizations or events 

Business Development:

• Meetings with key referral sources and proposal development 
• Annually develop at least $10,000 in new business or additional services through cross-selling
