Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Auditing Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Cambridge, MA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Conducting internal audits to ensure the company meets its operational and compliance objectives.
• Support the Audit Team Lead in preparing audit reports, including clearly written recommendations that effectively communicate identified issues and their related corrective actions to help auditees and senior management strengthen and improve operations.
• Supporting the development of an assurance planning reporting process.
• Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value.
• Challenging current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement.
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Previous experience with auditing in Pharma or biotech Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment highly preferred.
