Auditor CPA

We are seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to oversee audits, reviews, and compilations for our for-profit clients in the Manufacturing and Construction industries. This role manages key client relationships, leads an audit team of 3 direct reports, and ensures high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage audits, reviews, and compilations for for-profit businesses.


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic insights and guidance.


• Mentor and develop a team of 3 audit professionals to ensure continued growth and high performance.


• Review financial reports and audit documentation for accuracy and completeness.


• Lead business development efforts including client networking, proposal creation, and identifying new service opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5 years of experience in for-profit auditing, with a focus on Manufacturing or Construction preferred.


• Strong technical expertise coupled with leadership and mentoring abilities.


• Demonstrated potential for advancing to a partner role.


• Active CPA license.
