Auditor - Provider RecoveryHealthCare Support is actively seeking an
Auditor - Provider Recovery to fill an opening with a
Managed Care Company in
Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This position is remote, but you must be in office for 3 weeks of training.
Daily Responsibilities for Auditor - Provider Recovery- Responsible for the audit and recovery of claims overpayments including COB and third-party liability.
- 6 month contract - potential to convert to permanent, not guaranteed
- M-F 9am-6pm PST
- Must come into office for 3 weeks of training. Remote after that
Required Qualifications for Auditor - Provider Recovery:- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 4 years claims processing experience including Medicare and Medi-Cal
- 2 years of experience auditing claims in a managed care environment including contract and financial DOFR interpretation
- Knowledge of: Medi-Cal, CMC (Computer Media Claims - a method of submitting Medi-Cal claims billing), ICD-10 and CPT codes, and Medical terminology.
- Computer Skills: Excel, Word, strong typing skills
