Austin, TX-Refresh/Deployment Project Tech - Hiring Now

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
• Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
• Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
• Conducting daily backup operations.
• Managing technical documentation.

Schedule Hours:

Monday thru Friday 8AM-5 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch) 8 Hours maximum per day. 40 hours MAX per week, if you are been asked to stay longer contact me immediately. (No work will be perform during national holidays)

Locations:

Multiple locations within Austin

Mileage Policy:(Only applies if you travel more than 50 miles roundtrip per day )

Daily total round trip mileage minus 50 miles times reimbursement rate of $0.50 per mile. So, if you travel 100 miles roundtrip, you will minus 50 miles, which will give you 50 miles times $0.50= $25 travel fee that day.

Attachments:

• Daily Report: the client would like this to be fill each morning and each afternoon for check in and check out. Please separate the number of devices completed per technician. (One email per location, in the morning and one email per location at night to check out)
• Refresh Schedule: This is specific for each location and technician, you must filter as needed, also navigate the different tabs as needed.
