Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the auto body shop, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control.


• Manage, coach, and support a team of technicians and support staff.


• Ensure repairs meet industry standards, safety guidelines, and customer expectations.


• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the shop.


• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers.


• Implement and uphold company policies, processes, and best practices.


• Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and assist with forecasting.


• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating, and insurance procedures.


• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency with shop management systems and estimating software.


• Commitment to delivering top-quality service and building customer trust.
