Auto Body Painter

Take your auto body skills into a stable, full-time manufacturing role with consistent hours, benefits, and growth. We are hiring experienced Auto Body / Collision Repair Painters to join a leading manufacturing team in Marion, IN.

Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 9:30pm-6am
• Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun 6AM–6PM (Work 36 hrs, get paid for 40)
• Overtime available

What You’ll Do

• Sand, prep, mask, and tape surfaces
• Spray paint using HVLP / pressure systems
• Perform touch-ups and finish work
• Mix paints and coatings to spec
• Ensure high-quality finishes on large equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Auto body / collision repair / industrial paint experience
• Experience spraying and finishing
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a production environment
