Body Shop Estimator – High-Earning Potential | Monthly Pay $8,000–$10,000

We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-driven Estimator to evaluate vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and guide customers through the repair process with clarity and professionalism.

 Compensation & Benefits

• 
  Competitive Pay: $1,500/month base + 8.5% commission on individual parts and labor gross profit
  (Average total monthly earnings: $9,000+)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect vehicle information in a friendly, timely manner


• Inspect and appraise vehicle damage accurately


• Prepare and present detailed written estimates for parts and labor


• Clearly explain repair needs, options, and timelines to customers


• Communicate with insurance companies regarding estimates and approvals


• Monitor repair progress and provide status updates to customers


• Finalize repair orders, verify completed work, and ensure customer satisfaction


• Answer incoming calls related to scheduling and repair updates

 Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to explain technical repairs in plain language


• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills


• Self-motivated and able to work independently


• Comfortable using estimating software and computer systems


• Positive, team-first attitude


• Prior estimating or collision repair experience preferred


• Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
